Refund Policy

Last Updated: 01 Feb 2026 This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Revenue Control Lab. 1. Consulting, Audit, and Implementation Services All fees paid towards consulting, audit, or implementation services are non-refundable. Once an engagement has commenced, no refunds shall be issued, as these services involve allocation of professional time, expertise, and strategic effort. 2. Automation and Tool Subscriptions Fees paid for automation tools, CRM access, or infrastructure support (quarterly or annual) are non-refundable once activated. Clients are responsible for renewal or discontinuation decisions prior to the renewal date. 3. Exceptional Circumstances Any exception to this policy shall be valid only if explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. 4. Payment Confirmation All services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service delivery begins only after payment confirmation. Any delay in payment may result in a delay in service commencement. 5. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and necessary access required for service delivery. Delays caused due to incomplete information or lack of cooperation from the client side do not qualify for refunds. 6. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consulting or review session, reasonable prior notice must be provided. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being considered completed. 7. Third-Party Costs Any payments made towards third-party tools, platforms, software, advertising platforms, or integrations are non-refundable. Such costs are governed by the respective platform’s policies and terms. 8. Policy Modifications Revenue Control Lab reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
